I bring together my background in Health Services Administration (MHSA), years of experience as an educator, and multiple certifications in birth, postpartum care, lactation, newborn care and perinatal mental health.

But beyond credentials, I am:

I am an Assistant

• My first profession, which I practiced for seven years while completing my postgraduate studies, was as a Dental Assistant. Even though I no longer practice this profession, I consider myself an eternal assistant. I am always ready to help, accompany, and listen to others' needs. These qualities, inherent to my profession, aid me daily in providing the assistance families and individuals around me need.

I am an Educator

• I teached as a professor of health administration at undergraduate level for a private educational institution in Puerto Rico. I love educating, helping, and sharing my knowledge. As an autodidact, I continuously seek out the latest evidence-based information to educate and support mothers in making informed decisions.

I am a Mom

• My favorite title and best introduction is Being a Mother. My own experiences with childbirth and postpartum depression fueled my drive to found Mamaya Care, with the mission and vision of assisting other mothers through the transition to motherhood.

I am a Woman

• As a wife, daughter, sister, friend, and feminist, I understand the often unspoken challenges of becoming a mother. Helping and educating other mothers is my soul's work, and I am passionate about providing support and companionship during this significant new phase of life.

  
  Today, I offer prenatal education, postpartum support, lactation counseling, and newborn care guidance for families across Puerto Rico. My approach is rooted in compassion, evidence, and community.
